Full Furnace or AC maintenance for $110
Customer must request at time of booking**
Your service will be performed by a licensed and certified HVAC tech and will include:
Indoor Unit
- Inspect
- Change filter (provided by customer)
- Tighten and check all electrical connections
- Test fan motor and compare amps to nameplate rating
- Test fan capacitor
- Clear condensate drain to prevent leaks during heavy use
- Measure temperature change across coil for proper heat exchange
Outdoor Unit
- Record all refrigerant charge for proper efficiency
- Take MFD ratings of all capacitors
- Take MFD ratings of all capacitors
- Check compressor startup and running amps
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Check all components for wear (contractors, boards, etc)
- Complete chemical leaning of condenser
Regular maintenance will extend the life of your equipment, reduce hydro and gas bills. The frequency of repairs needed will be less and we will always make our preventative maintenance customers our top priority. Anyone who books a PM service will receive priority service for all breakdowns and a 10% discount on any future work in the next 6 months.
